Had financing completed at this dealer. I was to be the co-signer with my daughter, but when the credit union papers came, I was listed as primary. The purchase process was exhausting. Even more so with a pre-approved loan, as they still put you in a room and pitch you on why you should upgrade everything and go through one of their lenders. Ended up adding a camera and a rack for the top, but when I came back to get them installed, I was told that installation was not part of the deal and would have to pay for it separate or I could take my things and do it myself. Communication could have been and should have been better. I am sure the service center does great work and I'll find out on my second visit, after I install my rack. In fairness, the finance guy that "finalized" my paperwork apparently was having a rough day and was no longer an employee when I came back to get my add-ons installed, but it still left a bad taste. Absolutely love my truck tho. I plan on driving the wheels off of it. Everything else was/is perfect. The waiting area is clean, power ports for recharging phones/tablets, coffee, snacks and pretty comfortable seats. My only issue so far is with the communication. To be fair to them, I'm sure the work would have been great if they were allowed to do it. It was frustrating to be told that installation was extra after the fact. They can only go off of what their paperwork says. I'm sure I will rate them higher after my next visit. Everyone there was friendly and tried to help. More
