I was in the process of purchasing a new car and had narrowed it down to either a new Nissan Rogue or Nissan Murano or a Hyndai Tuscon. I went to the Nissan dealership with the intent of test driving t narrowed it down to either a new Nissan Rogue or Nissan Murano or a Hyndai Tuscon. I went to the Nissan dealership with the intent of test driving the Rogue and Murano. After looking at both for a little while, I was greeted by Quientin who was very helpful in providing me with information about both cars. I asked to test drive the Rogue first. He quickly got me the keys and we went on a drive. While driving we discussed the differences in the cars. He was knowledgable enough to allow me to narrow down to the Rogue over the Murano for what I truly needed. I left the dealership and checked out the Tuscon at another dealership. After a few days of thought, I received a call from Quientin asking if I had made any decisions. I informed him I was still thinking. I eventually decided on the Rogue and went back to purchase one. I was quickly greeted by Quientin and after taking if for another test drive by myself so that my wife could see the car, I went back to buy it. We easily came together on a price. Though I did have to wait quite awhile to finish the paperwork, I was happy with the final outcome. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. I am very happy with my new car and would go back to Auffenberg to purchase another car in the future. More

He did not try to sell us a truck or options that we did not want and worked with us to give us the deal we was excellent and made us feel at ease. We were greeted at the door by a salesman with a great personality, who was low-pressure and seemed like "real people". Because the one Cube on your lot was not what we were asking for (it was fully equi personality, who was low-pressure and seemed like "real people". We were pleased with the negotiations and the continued friendliness of everyone with whom we dealt. Each person, Ryan, the general manager, and the finance person, seemed very competent. Please note that this was for the purchase of a Kia, as opposed to a Nissan. My wife and I are most pleased with our recent purchase of a Kia Optima from your dealer, with Shane Roemer as our salesman. Initially we had set up an appointment for mid-afternoon, but showed up earlier in the morning, in hopes of avoiding the bad weather. Shane was most accomodating to us. Upon our arrival, he immediately went to work to determine which model of Kia and what accessories we desired and put us behind the wheel for a test drive. When we were assured that this vehicle was exactly what we wanted, Shane determined our eligibility for the USAA no-nonsense pricing program and having evaluated the trade-in value of our vehicle, he was able to tell us what the dealer could give against the price of the new vehicle. His service, along with the warm, friendly support we recieved from Sean and all the staff was most remarkable. To make a long story short, Shane very efficiently completed the process, allowing what can be a long drawn out ordeal, to be a pleasant experience. We will be certain to pass on to friends and family members,the great treatment we recieved at Auffenberg Kia. More

Lori Usery is a wonderful salesperson! She took the time to find out what I needed and then help me select the car that met my needs.
