Usually have positive experiences at this dealership, but on this particular visit things didn’t go smoothly. Vehicle only needed oil change and I was one of the first appointments of the day; saw my car in on this particular visit things didn’t go smoothly. After about 15-20 mins I went to the person who I checked in with and they forgot which vehicle was mine… In any case, a little more attention to detail would go a long way. More
