Excellent service all around during my visit. I came in for a warranty issue and everything checked out and new parts were ordered. Parts came in very quickly and a slight hickup with taking ol I came in for a warranty issue and everything checked out and new parts were ordered. Parts came in very quickly and a slight hickup with taking old parts off, but the dealership was very kind in loaning me a courtesy vehicle. I was back in my truck by the end of the day. My car went in at 9:15 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was still waiting after 4 for my vehicle to be returned to me after I was told on a voice message that it would be back between 1 and 2pm rotation. I was still waiting after 4 for my vehicle to be returned to me after I was told on a voice message that it would be back between 1 and 2pm as they had to update a few sensors. When I called a little after 3pm (which is when I go an email that it was in its way back), they said it should be there within 10 minutes. Almost an hour later and multiple phone calls, I got my vehicle back. Also, with the ‘Wagoneer experience’ the vehicle is supposed to be wash and vacuumed. There was still a lot of debris on the floor despite being vacuumed. Not very satisfied this time around for service! More
