I call hoping they would help make it right and get the response was “Did you purchase an extended warranty?” I said “yes” and he responded “Good, call them.” After reading the other reviews on here it sounds like it’s a known issue to this company. Then I get a call about my bad review asking why I wrote it and that they helped me fix the problem by telling me that. Highly recommend NOT buying from this place. More

Dishonest Dealer A couple of days ago I purchased a GMC around KBB value. It was a recent trade-in and hadn't been detailed. When negotiating, I brought up a few body issues that needed fixing before agreeing on price (paint scuffs, a busted wheel well, missing fog light, etc.) "We'll get all of this fixed when we send it back to detail" is what I was told. I took their word for it, and paid in cash. Yesterday when I went to pick it up, I noticed that almost none of the issues had been fixed, the cargo latch had been broken off during cleaning, and worst of all, they didn't disclose the broken sunroof and AC! Conveniently, when I nicely asked about these things, the sales rep wasn't available. Now he won't return my calls or texts. I expect some nicks here and there with a used car, but this is ridiculous. I pointed these issues out and made my purchase based on a verbal agreement.... naively. I could live with the cosmetic issues, but not disclosing the broken AC and sunroof is just pathetic business practice. Auto Advantage: if you're reading this, please reach out to me with a solution or at least a response. More

Rude Sales & Deception I purchased a 20011 Nissan Pickup. I requested to drive the vehicle advertised on line, but was told it had been purchased from the site already, but I purchased a 20011 Nissan Pickup. I requested to drive the vehicle advertised on line, but was told it had been purchased from the site already, but it was still listed for weeks after, available for purchase. I was then directed to another, not my first choice. I was only allowed to drive back on a short section of local road. My trade value was not disclosed till after the deal was made, the pickup had only 1/4 tank of gas & when I questioned, the salesman made a snarky remark, "do you see a gas station here?" I traded it 2 months later fo a new truck with a warranty, received a value $2000 less, explained as over priced by Auto Advantage. When I returned to get back my GAP money, I was told that check was in the mail, but had to return AGAIN to get the refund, 2 hrs round trip twice. After seeing their Ads with satisfied, happy customers, I felt it necessary to speak out. More

They patiently showed me that the deal I was considering at another location had many flaws and that the AA deal would bring long-term benefits far into the future. They sold me a 5-year-old truck with only 24,900 miles. It looks and drives like it is brand new. My wife and I are very pleased. More

Went into dealership and asked specifically to speak to Sales Manager. I was asked to be seated until the Manager became available. Another person approached me, looked me in the eye and introduced himself Sales Manager. I was asked to be seated until the Manager became available. Another person approached me, looked me in the eye and introduced himself as the Sales Manager. After a lengthy conversation he asked me to have an appraiser view my trade in vehicle. He reiterated that "he" had authority to make an offer. I subsequently found out that he was a "Sales Associate" with NO authority over my trade in whatsoever. He baited me with a dishonest representation of his authority. I would never do business under those circumstances. A subsequent conversation with the real sales manager concluded with an apology.
