Took 6 weeks to fix my truck, 18 days to just get a diagnosis, when I call nobody ever could give an update. I finally got a call on the 18th. Guy said they had the parts and it’d be done around the 24 diagnosis, when I call nobody ever could give an update. I finally got a call on the 18th. Then my truck is finished and I have to wait 2 more days for it to be paid. If you can see I have a warranty and you have verified it, why the xxxx do I have to wait. I get my truck and the tire is low on air. You had my truck for 6 weeks. You couldn’t put the air in the tire when you saw the notification? Worst service. More

Not my best experience this visit. I always scheduled online but when I arrived for service for two vehicles, only one was done correctly because the service rep said I didn’t schedule I always scheduled online but when I arrived for service for two vehicles, only one was done correctly because the service rep said I didn’t schedule service for second vehicle. When I told him it was scheduled on line and showed him on the receipt that it was requested (not done), he laughed at me and said we don’t read those. Then said I should have called in to schedule. What’s the point of have online scheduling if you don’t look at it. More
