I had one of the best car buying experiences with Matthew Geno. The cars on their lot are great, however, I had appointments with others. Hands-down the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! I worked with Jeff Thompson at Auto Lenders and let me tell you, he was AMAZING. Out of every dealership in the county, he was the ONLY one willing t I worked with Jeff Thompson at Auto Lenders and let me tell you, he was AMAZING. Out of every dealership in the county, he was the ONLY one willing to give me a real out-the-door price upfront—no games, no fluff, no mystery fees that make you feel like you're being scammed. Total transparency from the start. Jeff made it so easy to start the buying process without spending my entire day sitting at a dealership (you know the drill). He respected my time and gave me a quote that actually made sense—something we as customers don’t get nearly enough. I also have to shout out Dalia Shaker in the finance department, when my original lender fell through (they ended up being out of network), she didn’t miss a beat. She quickly found me two solid alternative financing options that still got me in my car before closing time. She was sharp, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even with my credit union causing hiccups, I still spent less than an hour total at the dealership. If my lender hadn’t delayed things, I would’ve been in and out in under 15 minutes. Unreal. I usually buy 1–2 cars every year or two, and I’ve owned everything from Range Rovers and G-Wagons to Toyotas, Volkswagens, and Hondas. I've always gone straight to the manufacturer dealerships—but after this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back. Auto Lenders is different, and Jeff and Dalia are the reason why. It’s a 2019, but it looks like it’s never even been driven. I’m still shocked. Highly recommend. If you're tired of the usual dealer runaround, this is where you want to go. More
