I also purchased a warranty, which I never do, because they explained it to me well and I didn't feel like they were trying to push pointless product on me. I was pleasantly surprised by their no haggle pricing, it definitely makes the process a lot smoother!! All in all I loved the whole experience. Who can say that about buying a car?!?! Their inventory is kept in an indoor showroom and John was happy to let us walk around and test drive any vehicle with absolutely zero sales pressure or tactics. They obtain their vehicles from wholesale auctions around the country, but they are selective and do a nice job detailing and ensuring the maintenance is current. Their prices are very competitive. Once I had performed a test drive and was ready to purchase a vehicle, I was amazed the entire process took less than 15 minutes! I'm not sure why normal dealers take hours, but Snap Car Buying clearly prioritize customer service. Following the sale, they followed up with me on the title paperwork (which did take a few weeks) and even ordered OEM floor mats since my vehicle did not have them at the time of sale. Highly recommended! More

From the moment I walked in I could tell that it was a different atmosphere than your typical dealership. Everyone was incredibly nice and there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. I simply walked in, asked if a car was in stock, took it for a test drive, and told them I wanted it. My situation was unique since I'm in my last year of medical school and essentially live off of loans. Despite my limited financial situation, Sasha found the best possible loan and I was able to finance my purchase with an incredibly low interest rate/monthly payments. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Snap Car Buying, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car shopping experience! More

We have always purchased used cars in private sales, or we have purchased brand new cars from the dealership. However when it came time to purchase a car for my sister to go away to college, we let her do a search and she found a specific Volkswagen Golf that she fell in love with sitting at Snap Car Buying's lot, so we decided to take a look. Upon walking in we noticed just by the environment that this was not your typical used dealership. The employees were extremely friendly and not threatening, greeted us and simply asked if there was anything specific we were looking for or if we'd just like to browse. We answered "browse" and walked in to the show room. The show room its self is enough of a scene make any car shopper happy; a large, extremely clean and well organized inside lot. Air conditioned and well lit. We spotted the golf, but upon walking over to it my eyes grazed upon the most incredible thing I had ever seen. A specific BMW, a car I would never imagine to see myself in. I almost immediately ignored my family and walked over to it. I'm not the type of guy to make rash decisions, and I am especially not the type of guy who has ever purchased a car upon sight, without doing heaps of research on that specific car beforehand. Long story short, we purchased two cars that day. We financed the BMW, and paid cash for the Golf. BOTH CARS HAVE BEEN PERFECT, AND THIS WAS ALMOST A YEAR AGO. The BMW had a small steering belt problem a few days after purchase, I called in and they scheduled to fit me in the next day and took care of it! I had initially wanted to write this review right after we purchased our cars to talk about my experience and write about my satisfaction but never got around to doing it, but my procrastination helped discover that this experience was not only extremely positive but the cars themselves turned out to actually be great as well. I can see my car from my office window, and remembered my experience again and decided today is the day I will actually go on the and write this review. I think its important to note in todays business culture, especially in this field, having a good and positive experience with the people and the business its self is rare and good to be shared and noted. Would recommend Snap Car Buying a thousand times over. They have earned customers for life. More
