August 11th I dropped my car off, that I bought from this dealership. A 2020 Ford Explorer st. I asked when I scheduled the appointment a week prior to the 11th if they could have a loaner vehicle for m this dealership. A 2020 Ford Explorer st. They tell me a day or two a week later, I have to call the service department to get an update on my car. That is when they tell me that the car will need a new transmission. Still no loaner vehicle available per the service department, fast-forward 2 1/2 weeks. I am informed that my car was moved to the Bremen auto park dealership to be worked on, at the end of the two weeks I find out my transmission got delivered that same day. The Plymouth dealership told me I would not be getting my car back Until the week of the eighth, the same day that my transmission was delivered to the Bremen dealership. More
