Even tough I least my Buick from the other dealership in town, I drive 30 minutes to the one on Gibson. Main reason, the employees give better customer service. I went there earlier, on May 31, because I thought I needed one then, but it was busy , the male who somewhat helped me, said it was 2+hr wait,I literally had to beg him before I drove away, to test it. He did, came back with a a battery reading receipt dated 7/21/2001.I can’t make this up..it showed tested ok..and then here I was back with Denise. I had to have a company come and jump me to get there, battery acid was on my battery, etc. So yes I was glad, Denise knew her job. You need more employees like Denise. More
