I commend AutoNation for the very best customer service I have ever experienced with the most professional employees that can be found. Ms. Anna Rodriguez the service advisor is a most outstanding professional, very experienced, very courteous, maintains constant communication with the customer while vehicle is being serviced, thoroughly explains all service-related areas that were serviced and immediately notifies you if an area on your vehicle requires attention. I have used AutoNation South for several years and Ms. Rodriguez, I trust 100% and has always taken care of all three of my vehicles with outstanding attention. I commend the mechanics who thoroughly inspect, service and repair my vehicles with no reoccurring issues. I commend AutoNation South as being the very best in customer satisfaction, honesty, friendly and most trustworthy plus all supervisor, managers as well as employes all have a smile and a very friendly how are you and thank you for choosing AutoNation South. My advisor Russell McW did his best to keep me updated on my warranty & recall. There were other factors that did NOT involve him that took that extra ⭐️ away. They were at the end of a GM strike that had pa my warranty & recall. There were other factors that did NOT involve him that took that extra ⭐️ away. They were at the end of a GM strike that had parts delayed. My car was there for about 32 days. I was given a rental car for the last 11 days when it was determined that a particular part that was needed did not arrived when expected. I don’t know if this is nationwide Cadillac or just specific to this area; but having a Cadillac AT a Cadillac dealership is not the same. You will have to wait behind all the other brands that they service in order to have your vehicle worked on. Since Covid, the loaner program seems to have stopped? I’m happy with the work performed on my car. The advisor went beyond when he asked me to come back about a week later to take some pics of my car. He topped off my tank with gasoline. That was much appreciated. More
