We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. First I'd like to apologize for the communication breakdown from your visit to the dealership on Saturday August 27th. I would also like to try to clarify a couple of things from your visit. Regarding the appraisal of you vehicle, the salesman was trying to convey that the sales manager that would do the appraisal was busy at that moment. He probably would not have been able to do a comprehensive vehicle appraisal with your time restraints. We do such a thorough inspection of the vehicle to ensure the customer gets their full value from their trade-in. Secondly, all of our vehicles on the lot have the Kelley Blue Book values displayed on them. The cheaper amount would be the price we would sell it to you for, since you were referred by our internet page. Therefore, you would get the internet discount. I would like to apologize again for the inconvenience and poor communication. If you would like, I can check to see if the vehicle you were looking at is still on our lot. If you would like we can schedule a time for you to come down to get your vehicle appraised properly and to maybe go on a test drive. That way we can ensure no more of your time is wasted. Thank you for your feedback and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi and thank you very much for responding. Had the salesman not actually said, "for the next couple days" I would have assumed right away that he meant exactly what you said. I have been to many dealerships over the last decade and bad experiences happen every once in a while. In this instance the experience was so lack-luster that I had accepted the ideal it was not something that would normally occur. My friend Don made his purchase at Bill Luke yesterday so he is no longer in the market for a new vehicle. He did get your message of apology. He did not answer the phone because we were actively attending a birthday party for one of the children in our family. I am not sure if he replied or not. I appreciate your time Regards,
