Right now, I'm not too happy with Autonation Chevrolet. I took my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox for service last week. They performed oil change, lube, an incomplete tire rotation (for which I was charged $19.9 I took my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox for service last week. They performed oil change, lube, an incomplete tire rotation (for which I was charged $19.95) and replaced the A/C condenser. I was unable to discuss the charges with my service adviser because she had left early. I paid the bill before I left. I sent have sent her 2 emails and called and left messages twice. When I call the dealership all I get are the recorded messages. I have dealt with Autonation for 11 years and have been happy with their service until now. I have questions on my invoice and can't find anyone to answer them. There are "Miscellaneous charges of $59.95 and I would like them clarified. I would also like to find out about the tire rotation. It would be nice to be able to get in touch with a live person. I will be sending a letter to the manager. More
