I had an appointment for Friday at 7 am. They didn't get to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were alway to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and they seem to be glad they are there. One service advisor, P was not like this and I’m thinking it was personal or his cat died or something. Brought car in at appointed time and was told to leave car as they may or may not get a chance to check it today. I live in Wickenburg and had no way home so had to go to Enterprise to rent a car. In the past, the car was checked while I waited then the decision was made if it could be fixed that day or if I would have to leave it. It turned out they had the problem solved by the time I arrived at home. As a result I had to rent a car and make a return trip--both were unnecessary and added to customer frustration. I believe consideration should be given to customers who travel from a distance to obtain your service. I had to travel about and hour to get to your business. More
