I had an appointment for Friday at 7 am. They didn't get to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was never called to confirm my status, the calls were alway to my car until Monday afternoon. I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and they seem to be glad they are there. One service advisor, P was not like this and I’m thinking it was personal or his cat died or something. Sheesh! The work done was detailed in a report. Things were checked that I hadn’t asked for. The end result was good! More
Brought car in at appointed time and was told to leave car as they may or may not get a chance to check it today. I live in Wickenburg and had no way home so had to go to Enterprise to rent a car. In the past, the car was checked while I waited then the decision was made if it could be fixed that day or if I would have to leave it. It turned out they had the problem solved by the time I arrived at home. As a result I had to rent a car and make a return trip--both were unnecessary and added to customer frustration. I believe consideration should be given to customers who travel from a distance to obtain your service. I had to travel about and hour to get to your business. More
