Service manager agreed to honor a 25% off letter that I had misplaced. Had been a couple of weeks earlier for an oil change and est. on rear brakes. Called service and when the mgr. agreed to honor 25% off a brake job, I agreed to bring the car in. When I got the bill all they deducted was $150. not 25%. Said they never allow more than $150. off labor and parts. He refused to honor his agreement. I will not use this dealer again for anything More
I had my car towed on for service. $2700.00 for the alternator and linkage casing. I was not offered a rental car as Sands Chevrolet does. They said they don't do that. When I asked for a discount after speaking with the service manager he offered $150.00 and said that was all he could do. $1900.00 just in labor cost. Then I had to get my own new battery and take it in. I felt they were more concerned about their money than the customer. More
They had my vehicle for over a month (due to backorder part). They didn't offer a vehicle or any option for transportation during this time. I have to trust my vehicle maintenance and will be finding a new dealership. More

This place and its employees are ripping off their customers. Had to take my 18 Silverado in for a recall and needed an oil change as well. I also asked to have my tiers rotated. Because of the xxxx customers. Had to take my 18 Silverado in for a recall and needed an oil change as well. I also asked to have my tiers rotated. Because of the xxxx poor service I have received at Sands Chevrolet I refuse to pay for service until I have inspected their work and check to make sure they did not steel anything out of my truck. They did not check any of my fluids they did not do a full inspection and they did not rotate my tires. How every they did rummage through my center console. I took photos of its contents before giving my truck to them because employees at Sands stole stuff out of my truck. Never again will I take my vehicles to any dealership for service and I will be filing a formal complaint with GM after all we are all customers of GM not these sleazy dealerships. More

I brought it back for them to turn around and tell me my whole engine needed to be replaced, suddenly. All my repairs aren't even worth the value of my car! I had a lovely talk with Jay the general manager who talked down to me and shamed me because I thought this was unreasonable. He also made sure to blame me for everything wrong with my vehicle. Stay away. More
Service advisor James Gunter my advisor got me taken care of in a timely fashion and never had a problem with him or this dealership. He did a awesome job and hats off to the tech that worked on the Camaro s of in a timely fashion and never had a problem with him or this dealership. Terrible service I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months! Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in Janua I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months! Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in January 2018. I hardly drive the truck (12,000 miles as of 11/2019) as I have a company vehicle. Company truck went into the shop so I had to drive my personal truck. While driving I noticed a terrible clunking metal on metal sound from the rear end. I took it into the dealership and my advisor told me it was a known process that they had to first replace the shackles and then the lead springs, which they accomplished and told me the truck was fixed and ready for pick up. 3 days later, the sound came back worse so I took it back. They looked at the truck and said the rear lift blocks were missing and that was the problem. Those were installed, problem was still there. They then said wheels and tires, which also was false after placing stock wheels and tires on it. After many failed attempts I was told the last thing they could do was rip apart the rear end and make sure nothing was wrong internally. Rear end was never in fact taken apart and the truck is still on their lot with them saying “GM wont let us touch the truck anymore. 2 months with a BRAND NEW truck and they can not/wont fix the problem because “they aren’t making money on the project. Why buy brand new for a warranty that doesn’t get honored. They have still not offered anything to fix/make the situation any better I have always been a chevy fan but after the experience I have encountered at AutoNation I will never purchase another chevy again, especially from AutoNation chevy. If I can inform anyone looking to buy a vehicle or get service from this dealership I would highly recommend saving yourself the hassle and going elsewhere More
Money Hungry Servicing Department. I cannot stress how terrible my customer service experience was with the Servicing Department. Without getting too in depth, I brought in my 2013 Chev I cannot stress how terrible my customer service experience was with the Servicing Department. Without getting too in depth, I brought in my 2013 Chevy Cruze for maintenance on the cooling system. It was overheating something fierce, and no amount of home repairs would do the job. We took the vehicle in 3 separate times as none of those encounters fixed the issue. PLUS, each time we took it home, the car drove worse than it did before. The servicing technician, adviser and manager all continuously fed us lie after lie after lie. Now, I am dealt with a cracked head and a large balance left on my loan. They refuse to take responsibility and are not willing to help me. I am a single mother, who works scarce hours and is also attempting to go to school. I cannot afford any further repairs, and I will not let them touch my car until they make amends. I do not have time to fight with a money hungry business who have little regard for customer satisfaction. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

(its 2nd suv I bought here) I took it to service center to replace the defected fuel pump which I ask them to check a year ago that something was knocking in back of car and they said it was from the cold weather?. Then when I just got it serviced they said "I was lucky it is covered" REALLLLLLLLLLLY! I asked for a loaner car to get to work the next day and they said no, I said I would pay for one, they still said no and at 5pm when they said they are keeping it for the next day, that its my problem on getting a rental car. NICE! They had 600 cars on lot. WOW!I went in the following day to pick up my suv and let them know as a repeated customer I WILL NEVER buy another defected car with poor service to top it off! Chevy was the vehicle I always bought, but not anymore. Trading this suv soon for a Toyota who stands behind excellent service for repeat customers! Nancy Myrick More
