Bought a 2007 Corvette and was given a spare key, locked my keys in the car and the spare key given to me by the dealership when I purchased the car did not fit the car "Mike" the manager kept telling me he my keys in the car and the spare key given to me by the dealership when I purchased the car did not fit the car "Mike" the manager kept telling me he could do nothing for me that they rarely give spare keys on the purchase of a car from them but they did give me one on my purchase that did not work. My fault for locking my keys in my car but his attitude and his very unprofessional concern to a customer without offering to get me a key fob replacement I was willing to purchase says go somewhere else. It's about selling cars only not assisting past customers in need. Absolutely a ZERO rating on Mike the current manager!!! Find another place to purchase your new car. Do not stop at AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf freeway!!!! Once you drive off your nothing to them but a sale!!! More
