While on a kids road trip for soccer across the state, our Suburban's transmission decided to fail. Repair consisted of ordering parts with an expected above average wait time that put us into the holiday season. Despite that, the service department worked hard for us to have the repairs completed at a short time we were back in town for family visits. I would not hesitate to go back to Auto Nation in Spokane Valley for service or sales as everyone we met via phone and in person was extremely courteous and hospitable and went out of their way to support us.
