I love the customer service they offer. They always welcome you very polite. I’ve always had a good experience with them, except last visit took them like 4 hrs to do do oil change.. First visit for oil change. Expected OEM filter, got after market part. The oil brand used was not the same as delivered by the factory. Checked on the work that was done and fo Expected OEM filter, got after market part. The oil brand used was not the same as delivered by the factory. Checked on the work that was done and found the oil filter was leaking and oily hand smears on the running board of the truck. Called the service advisor and he said they would correct the issue quickly. It took two hours. Picking it back up, I found the DIC and Infotainment displays were changed. The truck has subsequently required addition of two quarts of oil in 1500 miles and I found an under hood molding was pulled free during the service work. I expect a GM dealer to do GM quality work, I was sadly disappointed. More

Do not complete work on time. Takes 3 to 4 hr. To change oil this has happened last 3 oil changes told them not to rotate tires did not want to wait any longer. Got left fender da Takes 3 to 4 hr. Took in to have repaired fender and replace back glass after 3 week call and said it was ready went to get and back glass was done but not fender. Took back and was told if I got it there early Monday morning it would be ready Tuesday evening, it was ready Thursday evening. Was going to repair right step on rear bumper parts were ordered but work not done told them to keep parts that I would not return. Looking for a another dealer to do service with. Thanks for asking.
