AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Arapahoe

I had many issues using this dealership in the past and went to Jeep across the street - who was excellent. Was disappointed to hear Jeep combined with Dodge when I made my next appt. The appt started out bad, they didn't have my appt listed even though I had the confirmations. From there it went downhill. Dropped off Thursday night for an oil chg, tire rotate, check the radio and a thump in the transmission when taking off. Went to pick it up Saturday and the desk persona dn tech were not there that day so nothing was being done and no one knew what had been done. Monday: Was told the the radio is covered under warranty, could not duplicate the transmission issue and now there is a major leak in the evaporator cooler and evaporator control center. Funny I hadnt had any issues with that but it also should be covered under warranty. Thursday I find out the warranty person that came out only approved the evaporator cooler leak and nothing else is being approved!! finally able to pick up the Jeep on Friday! Communication was horrible, mechanic obviously was questionable (by me and the warranty folks). Left and when I took off from the first light I heard the clunck in the transmission and the radio reset 3 times!! Went and traded it is but looking for a new Dodge mechanic for sure. More

I arrived a couple hours early for my appointment, but they took me in anyway for oil change without complaint when they change was completed.
