The quote sent was inaccurate for what was actually needed. Luckily I do know the basics around vehicles or I would have signed off on service that did not need to be done. Service advisor also told me it was inaccurate and work was quoted that should not have been included in the price. I called to discuss but they were unavailable. I asked to talk to another advisor but was just told to wait or he would give me a call back. I come to this dealership for all my service on my truck and this was just unacceptable. A quote for almost $1,700 to replace 4 brake pads felt like an attempt to take advantage of a customer. While waiting for the advisor I also overheard other advisors cussing while discussing how many "xxxxing cars" he has wrecked. (Doesn't give a customer confidence when leaving their vehicle with them.) Another advisor told a female advisor he couldn't wait to "eat a wiener". She reminded him there were customers within ear shot. After picking up my truck I noticed a grease stain on my visor... I have light gray interior so it stands out. Everything that could go wrong went wrong! The overall experience and culture I witnessed within the dealership was HORRIBLE. Every other experience I've had here has be excellent, this was so disappointing. Regardless, I found another dealership that did all the same service for 1/3 the price. I hope this is not the standard or a reflection of management expectations now. I'm open to discuss further with management. More

Brought my truck in for a issue that recently was added to Ram's extended warranty. Danny and AutoNation quickly checked me in and had my paperwork ready. Truck was returned to be in about half of the quot to Ram's extended warranty. Danny and AutoNation quickly checked me in and had my paperwork ready. When the location ownership changed to AutoNation I hoped they would conti for the past 20 years from the first vehicle I bought from this location. I had an issue with the service performed on my 2021 Ram Limited. This occurred 2 weeks and no one has contacted me yet to follow up.
