The only thing preventing a 5star review was that I had an appointment for 0900 for an oil change and tire rotation, but was at dealership for over 2.5hrs. I was told initially it would take an hr. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I had an appointment at 8:30am on a Tuesday. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30am that day. I needed to have 2 recalls fixed, and needed a tire look I had an appointment at 8:30am on a Tuesday. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30am that day. I needed to have 2 recalls fixed, and needed a tire looked at under my MPP. First, the service advisor couldn't find my MPP. I received a phone call about noon on Tuesday stating she found my MPP, but the tire wouldn't be in until Wednesday at 1:30pm and it would take them a couple hours to finish replacing the tire. I told her that was fine and to keep my vehicle and let me know when it is ready on Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon to check if it was ready. It wasn't, and the tire was now scheduled to be there on Thursday at 1:30pm. I called again on Thursday afternoon around 5pm to check if my truck was finished. It wasn't. I was told that they would call me shortly when it was ready. I finally got a phone call around 6:45pm that my vehicle was finally ready (good thing, because they close at 7pm). It took them 3 days to change a tire and do 2 recalls. When I finally got into my vehicle, the center console was covered in what I assume was sweat, because the interior of my vehicle smelled like terrible B.O. All my mirrors and seat were adjusted as well. 0 communication from this dealership. More
