The dealership is great, like most they are very accommodating as they want you to purchase a vehicle from them. But once you leave you must deal with the service dept. A big thumbs down. Last week took the 2020 rebel in for an oil change and to look at the driver side visor. The visor was loose from the roof and was hanging, but would stay closed. The service dept. Fix for this was wrap it in duct tape. I have the video. So when we got it back it was completely broke and wrapped in duct tape. So by the time my wife got to the end of the parking drive the tape fell off and the visor fell down make ing a severe safety issue ad it obstructed her sight. As we were headed out of town that same day we didn't have time to take it back to the dealer so I was forced to remove the entire sun visor...major fail as far as I'm concerned. More
It has a confusing name as there was an AutoNation USA down the street. The sales ppl are pushy. I told them I was not available to see a car until Saturday but they still reached out to me on Friday to a down the street. The sales ppl are pushy. I told them I was not available to see a car until Saturday but they still reached out to me on Friday to ask if anything changed. Buying a car is stressful and they didn’t make it easier. It also seemed like they lied when they told me they would wash it and detail it. It was still dirty after they supposedly worked on it. Sales person Mollie also didn’t get confirmation with me for a few different things. She says ones thing and I ask someone else and they tell me something different. I definitely felt rushed with buying. I had to ask for the cars paper work 4 different times after I had signed up. They are quick to get what they need from you but once you need something from them, it’s crickets. I didn’t have a good car buying experience. More
They took great car of my vehicle. There was a bit of a wait but the team was knowledgeable and open to questions. This was my first time at this dealership and I will be back! This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Auto Nation. Our salesman, Joshua Hargis, was personable, knowledgeable and competent. We ordered a new Jeep and while Jeep was less than transparent or r Nation. Our salesman, Joshua Hargis, was personable, knowledgeable and competent. We ordered a new Jeep and while Jeep was less than transparent or reliable with tracking and time frames, Josh was always available and willing to go the extra mile when he could. He was always available by cell phone and always returned our calls quickly. If we purchased another vehicle, we would be happy to do it with Josh and AutoNation. More
