In late February- I originally was working with a service tech, brought my car in on the day/time he advised, and no one knew about me coming and was told about a diagnostic fee I would have to pay. When I told them I had an extended warranty on the car they said they could not find it so they would still have to charge me. I advised I would take my car with me and investigate the warranty info myself. Once I gathered all the warranty info I left several messages for the service tech to bring my car back, and he never responded. Eventually I went online and schedule a service with a different service tech, dropped my car off on 6/1. It was a struggle to get any kind of update on my vehicles progress. It was there for about a week. On 6/7-I called and said I need a vehicle to attend a work meeting on 6/9 and to take my mother to the airport and was advised that I can come get my car. I let them know that I was going out town on 6/11 and would not return until the 19th and asked what I can do. No one ever got back to me. On 6/8- I went and picked up my car, my service tech was not there. I spoke to the tech that sits behind my service tech and he advised me to call my tech when I return from being out of town and let him know that I am ready to put my car back in the service line. I called as soon as I returned on the 20th and left them a message. I then followed up on 6/22 with another message for them. I still have not received any call back. More

Was told by a sales manager that i need to make the payment for my trade and they will get back to me. Per this manager the only way to contact their payoff department is via email, and apparently they don’t respond. Luckily my bank is willing to extend my payment date. They had no problem taking my money, but I keep getting told “ I sent an email, we will get back to you” More

Brought truck in for two recalls. 2 of the men I met on the service drive were very nice and helpful, my guy not so much, I will assume he was very busy. My latest service was confused at first because the assigned service rep wasn't there. Ahmed finally came and helped and kept me informed throughout the service. The people here are courteous and want assigned service rep wasn't there. Ahmed finally came and helped and kept me informed throughout the service. The people here are courteous and want to be helpful. Service was done in acceptable amount of time. I also left a bag there because I had two kids with me. Ahmed kept in his office until I got back later that day. It's a busy place and they've been affected by staffing issues as has everyone else due to pandemic and needing personnel. They do the best they can and I appreciate the courtesy and willingness to go a little extra. More
We gave always liked the dealer. Although this service was terrible. Lots of personal doing nothing. Took 5 hrs to have a tire replaced. And when I left the pressure on the new tire was set at 53psi. Not 33psi as recommended by jeep and clearly marked in several locations. I was not happy at all !!! More
