I went on line to set up an appointment. There was one the following afternoon. So I grabbed that one. When I showed up and went through through the service issues, the manager asked me i There was one the following afternoon. So I grabbed that one. When I showed up and went through through the service issues, the manager asked me if they had told me it may be a while? Who? I signed up for an appointment on line. I only got a confirmation. As it turned out - my car sat at the dealer for SEVEN days before they even looked at it! After calling twice - they finally STARTED to work on it on Day 8!!!! I could understand if I just randomly walked in with my car. But if you allow me to set an appointment you need to have the resources to service my car in a timely manner. Worse case someone should have called me back as soon as I set the appointment online and advise me that their turn around times were over a week! More

Really poor experience and cannot get the service manager to respond. I brought my Ram 1500 for scheduled service...Oil & Filter, Cabin air filter and tire rotation. I mentioned to the service advisor that t to respond. I brought my Ram 1500 for scheduled service...Oil & Filter, Cabin air filter and tire rotation. I mentioned to the service advisor that the rear driver side tire was registering low @ 28 lbs when I started the truck and that I wanted them to check the tire for damage that would need repair. I arrived @ 7:30 and was given an estimate of 8:15 for completion as I was waiting it was finished at 9:30 or so I thought. They actually failed to do the tire rotation and also never checked the tire for damage. As I was now running late I got in and started driving and the TPMS warning came on low tire pressure. I called the service advisor and he said oh the tech said he couldn't find the wheel lock key so he didn't do the rotation. The key was in the truck! no one ever mentioned it or asked if I had the key they just didn't do the work. Remember it took 2 hours to do an oil change and cabin filter change. I asked the advisor to have the service mgr call me and I have not heard from anyone. I have contacted Chrysler customer care as I took the truck to Discount Tire to have it checked and there was a nail in the tread and since I tow an RV trailer is a serious safety concern. I plan on contacting the dealership general manager next to see if the indifference toward customers is pervasive and comes from the leadership. More
