This was the worse experience I have ever had in over 20 years of purchasing vehicles. Worked with sales rep about trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. Upon negotiating over the phone and providing credit application and being told what my payments would be and down payment would be and to come in to the dealership in person on my way home from work to work on final negotiations and upon showing up to discuss final terms I was told the dealership would not honor their online price anymore because the finance manager Ron Hutcherson told my sales rep management would not discount the vehicle as listed online! Pore salesman ship and I know it was all just because I was trying to get a potential better interest rate by providing information from other lenders and I feel the finance manager didn’t want to negotiate any farther and just decided to blame management and say the vehicle is no longer on discount even though it’s clearly posted online and was negotiated two hours prior to arriving to the dealership in person. I would warn people to stay away from this AutoNation deal ship entirely as they just feel they are way to big of a company to provide any friendly service to customers. More

What is the point of making an appointment if it does nothing to ensure you get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner? Further, the days of a large dealership actually caring about their customers is over, as they will not give you a loaner. The line staff is great and the maintainers seem knowledgeable, but their management are just as greedy and anti-customer service as you would expect now days. More
