Jacleen Garcia was my service advisor. The problem I had was a rattle noise in the driver’s side rear door at the speaker. The problem persisted when I played music in the car. I had to come in 4 times for this problem. The failure of the first 3 visits was the fact that the part that was ordered was damaged inside the box each time, so, it could not be installed correctly each time. The final time the part came in good shape and the install was completed. Each visit required a full day drop off and I am in real estate, so giving up my car for a full day, let alone 4 of them, is disheartening. With reason I was very unhappy about all of it, but Jacleen Garcia handled the situation with poise and grace. She was extremely professional with me, made sure to keep me in the loop on the arrival of parts and kept me up to speed on the repair process each time. She was pleasant and friendly throughout a process that lasted about 3 to 4 months. I love receiving this kind of service and I always speak out when I do. It isn’t easy to remain consistent over that long of time. Jacleen is amazing and is the single reason I walk away with a positive experience overall! More

My Jeep Grand Cherokee needed quite a bit of work, in addition to the Check Engine Light corrective work. It took 4 full days to complete the work, but they did an excellent job. The Jeep runs great no addition to the Check Engine Light corrective work. It took 4 full days to complete the work, but they did an excellent job. The Jeep runs great now and there are no leaks. The team at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe were simply superb! We had an issue with our claim being denied for the repair we needed, which was going to be quite expensive, and they fought really hard on o superb! We had an issue with our claim being denied for the repair we needed, which was going to be quite expensive, and they fought really hard on our behalf. Although, the whole thing took a while and it was quite an ordeal, in the end they were able to get the denial reversed. I can't thank them enough for really going to bat for us, especially the manager, Justin Bantock, who strongly advocated for us 'till the end. Many thanks also to the service advisor, Jacleen Garcia, whose work was awesome! Can't recommend this place highly enough, truly a great dealership in which to get your car serviced! More
