I do recommend their services, but I'm a bit disappointed with the follow-up. The manager mentioned I'd receive an email within a few days to complete a survey, which would get me a free detail or oil change. It's been 2-3 weeks, and I still haven't received the email. When I followed up, I was told that the emails are sent randomly by a third-party company, so I might not even get one. This was frustrating, especially considering the amount I spent. Overall, while the repair job was excellent, the lack of communication on this promise left me a bit sour. More
