bad customer service I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 on 6/29/2019, running board and other parts needs to be ordered to get installed. As 7/4 was approaching, I expect there will be delay fro arrival of the parts. It is 8/5/2019 today, I called the service department to check on the status. My responses " The gentleman handling your case is not in today. " Really? Is this how customer service work? Over a month of waiting and I have no answer or status on when parts can be installed to my vehicle ? More

Superb Service Took our 18 Charger SRT 392 into the shop for a oil leak that had been at another Dodge dealer twice & they failed to fix it and then Intried a differ Took our 18 Charger SRT 392 into the shop for a oil leak that had been at another Dodge dealer twice & they failed to fix it and then Intried a different one & that service center fell flat also, thus off to Brandon Dodge. Without a doubt this service center knows what they are doing and do a outstanding job. Was even able to talk to the mechanic doing the actual work & see 1st hand what he had found & fixed. Only have 2 minor complaints and that’s how they have a 100 mile a day restriction on rental vehicles & we live abut 150 miles away & they would not waver on changing the millage & we never receive a follow up call from the service writer about what the mechanic found. However, that is being very nit picky as otherwise the service department was superb & well worth a 300 mile round trip to fix the vehicle. More
