I've purchased or leased 11 cars or trucks. Some new and some used. I have never been lied to or made false promises. I do not purchase from one particular sales person. No need to worry about the V.I.P treatment. It doesn't matter how much money one spends, if Service it poor then the vehicle is poor. I have nothing but super service at Brandon Dodge. The oil change system is fantastic. They actually inspect my vehicle every time I get an oil change. If I happen to go to a restaurant, their service advisors send my inspection via text. I can even pay for the service before I return. I bring my wife's BMW to the Express Lane They even install BMW filters that I request. A couple of time I brought my own filters for the BMW. No Hassle!!!! Do yourself a favor and give Brandon Dodge a try. You will be treated better than you expect. More

Always quick (within reason) and do their best sverytime I’ve had multiple issues with my 2017 Ram 2500 (I work it hard and I realize it’s a machine and it’s going to break) and everyone at Brandon dodge doe I’ve had multiple issues with my 2017 Ram 2500 (I work it hard and I realize it’s a machine and it’s going to break) and everyone at Brandon dodge does their best to get me back on the road ASAP. I enjoy service here so much I do my best to get all accessories and maintenance done here when I can and I actually came back to get the lifetime maxcare!! (Which I was super lucky on the day I came in becuase it was the last day Chrysler will offer it!!!) keep up the great work guys! More

Like any shop if you show up with a problem without a appointment you can’t expect them to drop everything for you but these guys will try to fit you in. More
Worse Service Dodger Dealer in Corado Car was in service department for two months. Multiple failed attempts to fix car. Went to pick car up and had pine needles in the entire car. And to top it all off dealer scratched car not once but twice. Asked when I would get a survey and there response was. Surveys are sent randomly so you may not get one. Avoid this place at all costs. RUINED PARTS ON MY VEHICLES I’ve had 2 vehicles serviced here and honestly I would not even take my bicycle to this place. They wanted to charge me a minimum of $200 to get my ve I’ve had 2 vehicles serviced here and honestly I would not even take my bicycle to this place. They wanted to charge me a minimum of $200 to get my vehicle back in to figure out why it was suddenly overheating and dying going down the highway after being serviced for an oil change there. Turns out they went and unscrewed a lot of unnecessary hoses and nearly ruined the motor and transmission of my vehicle. They offered to “look for the problem” for an extra charge but I took it somewhere else. And will NEVER give back to BRANDON DODGE 5600 S BROADWAY IN LITTLETKN COLORADO 80121!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My salesman (Jim Shadrick) was friendly, helpful and courteous I feel I got a fair deal and I am happy with my purchase; However I am disappointed in the service/detail department. My first message on console was “OIL CHANGE DUE” There were coins and trash under the seats. Fingerprints on headliner and elsewhere. Windshield wiper on driver's side needs replaced. This makes me wonder about “Dealer Certified” More
Poor Service "Again" I bought the oil change policy from the dealership when I purchased this car and have had problems with the dealership on two occasions now. I did not write a review the last time because I thought it was a fluke to spend and hour and a half on a thirty minute oil change. But after this second instance which took two hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous. If the dealership can not keep staff employed (as was suggested) or maintain enough technician that are cross trained to assist when the lube tech's are busy, then pro rate my policy, pay me the balance and let me go to a shop that takes thirty minutes to complete my service. Piss poor and the dealership doesn't care. That is why I will not own another Dodge product. More
