Zero stars. Worst service I have ever had at any car dealership. Worst communication at any dealership. My contact never contacted me over 4 days of waiting f Worst service I have ever had at any car dealership. Worst communication at any dealership. My contact never contacted me over 4 days of waiting for an estimate to repair a Ford van's cruise control. I was told that service to receive the diagnosis and estimate for repair would take two days. I left over four voice messages that were never returned and multiple texts that were never returned, benign messages not telling me anything over four days. I spoke to the service manager twice- once letting me know i surely would hear back on status (i did not) and once on day four when i asked for the car to be returned. wasted four days of my time, never apologized or explained any delay or why there was never any returned calls or explanation, never received any diagnosis or estimate. Don't go there. Don't waste your time. More
