Horrible communication with service advisor and service manager. Duck taped our ford explorer back together. Told us that was the very best that ford can do. Ford Explorer limited, has 85,000 miles on it and is falling apart, literally first the key pad, then the pillar covers, then the Active grill shutter assembly went out with no codes thrown, then the water pump, which is a timing chain pump - very expensive to fix. Wouldn't recommend this dealer or a ford explorer. More
