We brought our vehicle to AutoNation Ford Burleson for an oil change and an electronic recall, and overall the service was efficient and professional. The work itself was completed in a timely manner, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The only drawback was with our service contact, Crystal. We were told the car would be washed, but it was not, which was disappointing. Additionally, she was difficult to locate when it was time to check out, and another service advisor ultimately had to assist us. Aside from that experience, the service department did a good job, and we appreciate the work that was done. With better follow-through and availability from our assigned advisor, this would have been a great experience. More
