Every since I bought this car from them and I have taken it in for service of any kind, there has been an issue. The service department is terrible. This time, I had an appointment for a recall. I waited fo it in for service of any kind, there has been an issue. The service department is terrible. This time, I had an appointment for a recall. I waited for about 20 mins to be waited on then another 10 only to find out they don’t have the part. Wouldn’t you think they could know that before I went for my appointment?? More
