Terrible customer service, in my opinion they are crooks. I had to pick up my truck and take to another dealership as they were trying to make me pay out of pocket for service, which was covered under warran I had to pick up my truck and take to another dealership as they were trying to make me pay out of pocket for service, which was covered under warranty. They also were unable to diagnose the problem after disassembling the original suspected problem. They were literally just chasing possibilities. They also work on commission. They tried to tell me originally that my truck was out of 16 quarts of oil! They told my insurance company this, so they denied my tow claims. AutoNation Ford discovered that my truck not only had oil, it had ALL 16 quarts. The insurance company was appalled at their inability to provide adequate information for the original claim, making the insurance company open a NEW claim and they had to reissue all new paperwork! Very unprofessional. However, the dealership I purchased it from in Hobbs pulled the computer codes off of MY truck remotely and knew exactly where the problem was and my truck was still sitting in Corpus Christi. They did not put my truck back together as they said they would. Gave no assistance in loading my truck which was a 2022 F250. So I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be filling a complaint with Ford Motor Company. The service side of the dealership is horrible crooks who do NOT want to honor warranty for a $80k vehicle! More
No help, called 10 times no joke just to see if my vehicle was ready, my service rep told me my vehicle was ready & when I went they said they were “under the impression that it was ready” 0 communica vehicle was ready, my service rep told me my vehicle was ready & when I went they said they were “under the impression that it was ready” 0 communication between service techs & service reps. I left a message with the Service manager to talk about my problems & they never got back to me. DO NOT come here if you need your vehicle serviced, you’re better off somewhere else. More
I am very satisfied with my 2018 Ford Escape Truck I have had it for a little over a year now with no issues. And the service dept staff are all great people. Mr. Domitrio Blanco service agent is very prof had it for a little over a year now with no issues. And the service dept staff are all great people. This proved to be one of my best car dealership experiences. I arrived, Alicia was there to take care of us. A shuttle service is available, prompt service in b4oth directions. I can’t believe it took over 3 hrs just to do an oil change and rotation. That’s cause I even had an appointment set up. To get someone to answer the phone or return my call is horrible. I’ve called the manager Zeke on some issues and has never returned my call as he has promised several times. I would love to speak to the GM of this dealership. I have bought over 6 or 7 vehicles from this dealership yet it seems like my business is not of value to y’all. Wish someone of higher management would contact me. I thinking about buying another vehicle but not sure if from this dealership location.. Patrick who was the gentleman who I had to go too when arriving at dealership left to lunch and my vehicle was sitting in the front from who knows how long ready for me, but I went to ask for the 3rd time if it was ready and the lady at the counter said she didn’t know how to check me out. The other gentleman who gave me the keys said he was the shuttle driver. So a 3rd employee sitting at the same counter told her just have him sign and then Patrick can do the rest when he comes back. Omg horrible experience. Don’t know what was checked or not checked on my vehicle. Not professional at all. More
