My S-Rep was Louis. I came in a week early for a scheduled appointment (ealiest online available), my date mix up. I asked Louis if they could take it early. He said if I left it there, he would do his best to get it done, no promise's. Oil change, tire rotation, with exchanging new lug nuts, and a recall item, all completed! Was called early afternoon to come get it. Louis was pleasant, and very professional. I've bought 2-3 Fords, 1 from Auto Nation. Have had all 3 worked on at Auto Nation over the past 16+ years, and their Service Department has always been exceptional. Thanks! More
