Making an appointment was quick over the phone. No waiting for service person when I arrived, given estimate of 2 hours to complete repairs and oil change multi point inspection. They said that I had the wrong appointment time then I showed them the e-mail they sent me with the time I was there. But I guess that wasn't good because I had to wait 5 hours. Then I had to bring my car in two days later because my engine light was on so I brought it back in. I asked how long before someone will look at it she told me about 20 or 30 minutes so I waited after two hours sitting with no one telling me anything I went up to the front desk and as my car that is when the lady told it was the 02 sensor that would cost me $730 out the door. Good thing I went to the front desk or I guess I would of waited 2more hours. I think the wait was way to long I was just there two days before. The price I think is way too much. More
