Horrible Customer Service by Jeff B in Service dept. For about a year I've been having problems with my 2013 Ford Focus. Back in July 2016 I was forced to take my care into Autonation Ford because there For about a year I've been having problems with my 2013 Ford Focus. Back in July 2016 I was forced to take my care into Autonation Ford because there was a problem with the transmission (go figure). I was taken care of by Jeff Babalon (something around that name) but not in the nicest way. I figured since the work order fell into his hands he should just complete it but I definitely was not happy with his attitude towards me no his tone of voice. Now, o took in my car because it has an E-VAP leak and I walked into his office and he already look annoyed. Apparently I was talking to the wrong person on the phone but I stayed in his office after he said "you'll have to wait I just started on a work order" ... after he asked what do you think is wrong with your car ? I told him. He started a work order and I asked him how long it would take considering that I have to go into work at 9:45. He replied "well we aren't like pep boys where we have people standing around". I honestly was just shocked in the way he spoke to me but i shouldn't have considering that he has behaved this way in the past. In the end I left because I HATE talking to an employee who's a total smart xxx and has no respect. More

We had a few questions about the most basic things anyone would ask and the only think he could answer he lied about. We asked the gas mileage and was told over 40mpg and then when we looked at the window sticker it was nowhere near that. We just wanted to come in and buy a fusion and get it over with. This is why people HATE shopping for a car. The price wasn't so important because we have a Z plan but at least we are now happy with our purchase from Plantation Ford. Thank you Plantation Ford. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I bought a slightly used truck from them to be a daily driver and i have been driving for two months and have already got stuck on the side of the roa I bought a slightly used truck from them to be a daily driver and i have been driving for two months and have already got stuck on the side of the road once and had to pay 1,000 to fix and then 2 weeks later i had to pay another 1,000 to get it fixed. They treated me like i never even bought it from them and would not offer to help me after they sold me a bad car. Horrible dealership and the people just want your money, i also own 2 other ford cars from them i guess they do not care about customer loyalty. More
