This dealership is horrible! !! They kept my husbands truck for a month because they couldn’t get the parts for recall repairs. Still only got 3 of the 7 recalls repaired. They !! They told him one thing and charged his credit card $500 for a loaner car. They said sorry you were told something else by another worker, we will correct that with them so they don’t do it again but these are the rules in fine print. Nothing we can do about it, you just have to pay it. It was The bait and switch. Do Not buy from this dealership. Service department ran by Fabien is out to get your money. Fabien actually suggested we take our truck to a different dealership if we didn’t like their rules, after they charged our card $500. So we went to go get our truck and we were told we would have to sign a waiver to take our truck since one of the recall repairs was bad and a safety issue. So we had to let them finish the repairs. Guess they knew then they could take advantage of us and we couldn’t do anything about it. I asked where the $500 was going. Nothing needed to be paid for, no fees, no repairs it’s their loaner truck. He said it just goes to the company. So you just took $500 from a hardworking guy and a teacher to just give it to your dealership. That’s not how you earn business. That just cost you at least 3 customers right now and you will lose plenty more. You just can’t scam innocent people for money and think it won’t cost you in the end. 2 of our friends are looking to buy mustangs. Better believe it won’t be with Auto Nation!!!! My husband was going to buy a new truck in 6 months, it won’t be at Auto Nation. I am 55 and bought at least 12 cars from different dealerships and have never been treated this poorly!!!! More

First day serving dealer charged 700$ and returned back the car . After 2 days again same issue and charged another 500$ . Diagnosis is not done properly . Felt stranded in Frisco. My normal dealership for my needs is in Dallas. Relieved to find out AutoNation Ford Frisco was only 5 minutes away. Joshua McCaffrey Service Advisor greeted me with a smile. My stress level was immediately lowered. Explained my problem, he was very patient and understanding while I decided what to do. I asked him if the part needs to be replaced how much? He looked up the replacement cost for me just in case. I asked him to write up the ticket and he said let's just see what they find. While only waiting a very sort time he said "Let me go and see how things are going". He came back with his smile and told me what they found and that it was fixed. AutoNation should be blessed to have Joshua as a Service Advisor. His compassion, understanding, empathy is a character trait very rare these days. Thank you Joshua for making me feel like I mattered and all your help in my time of need. Your the BEST!!!! More
Autonation is amazing! We were from out of town and had to get back on the road. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem, and we were on our way.
