$500 to install a $49 part with $370 of that being labor was a little hard to swallow. $50 in "miscellaneous", was also questionable. Three phone calls over 2 days to which there was no answer or response was a little hard to swallow. $50 in "miscellaneous", was also questionable. Three phone calls over 2 days to which there was no answer or response and another 26 and a half minutes on hold once I did reach someone was not appreciated. Time will tell as to whether the repair was proper but I must say this is the first time I've had a dealing with them that wasn't totally satisfactory. It could have been a combination of misunderstandings. I would take my Ford truck back there again. More

I came in from out of state and discovered my a/c wasn't working. I called in a panic and they worked me in, diagnosed and had the parts to fix it so I could be on my way the next day.
