Well, I have no idea what happened with the service department, but in this case I had a bad experience about last service that was performed to my truck. So, the first thing was my truck was 5 days in department, but in this case I had a bad experience about last service that was performed to my truck. So, the first thing was my truck was 5 days in the dealership waitng for a part and nobody called me to notify about this issue a was trying to reach the service advisor, I left voice message and she never called me back also I called to service department directly to spoke with somebody else and nobody was able to help me. The second thing when I went to there to pick up my truck, the truck was very dirty, some stains were in the whole truck, all these stains was because the truck was pulled over underneath of tree and the tree drops some red fruits or something that could damage the paint because that fruit are red. So, unfortunately it was a bad experience for me! More
