Scheduled service appointment a week out. Dropped vehicle off and waited all day. Finally I called dealer at end of the day to check status only to find out vehicle had not even been touched yet. My service writer Jessica is very professional and thorough. I had another service writer on my last service who allowed the service tech to miss some items so had return to the dealer.
