I would give this dealer a negative star rating if possible. After calling them to make sure they could service an EV car, I had my Ford Focus Electric towed to them for service because the wrench li possible. I called 5 days later to get an update and they stated they could not find my car, I knew it was there because I received a text from them 5 days before stating so. Three more days pass, I call back, still can't locate my car and since it is raining can't go out and look for it. Finally, I go there 4 days later to locate the car and get something I had left in the car. To my surprise the car was parked in a back gravel lot with several other cars. I used the FOB to open the door and take a couple things from my car. Two days later, I go there to talk to the service Rep Daniel to get an update and retrieve another item from my car, but this time the FOB did not work, I thought they gave me the wrong one. Daniel insisted it was the correct one and referred me to the service manager which told me it could take 5 months to look at my car. I was outraged, they originally told me 3 days to look at and pull codes. I come home and called Rick Simmer, Supervisor to Henry, never returned my call. I called for the GM Ryan Laskowski, never returned my call. Finally they called and said they were towing the car back to my house. I get the car back with damaged weather stripping, Drivers door bent and has a gap, drivers window will not roll up on its own. They did all this to unlock my car and roll it up on a flat bed, when they should have used a wheeler type wrecker to pick it up from the wheels . When it is unloaded the alarm is going off, lights flashing, etc. I set in the car and try to turn off the alarm and a message comes up stating"No key detected" I check the battery and see the battery is installed upside down. Flip it over, alarm shuts off, doors lock and unlock just fine. I figure when I gave the FOB back the first time someone dropped it, the back came off, and the battery fell out, they did not pay attention to install correctly. Now I have a car broke up worse then when I first dropped it off. Do you want a dealer to work on your car that never returns call, damages your car, and can't correctly install a battery in your key FOB working on your car/truck? More
