I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Since purchasing my vehicle in June 2025, I have dealt with multiple unresolved issues, including incorrect mileage recorded on my tra dealership. Since purchasing my vehicle in June 2025, I have dealt with multiple unresolved issues, including incorrect mileage recorded on my trade-in, repeated temporary tags due to paperwork delays, and extremely poor communication. I requested cancellation of multiple warranties totaling over $10,000, and later learned the dealership did not submit the paperwork until weeks after my request, causing significant delays. I still do not have clear confirmation on when my refunds will be completed. There were weeks at a time where no one returned my calls. Most recently, I was promised a callback that never happened, and my messages regarding my refund have gone unanswered. At this point, this is not just a delay—it is a failure to properly handle paperwork, communicate, and follow through. I hope this helps others be aware before doing business here. More
