I drove into your dealership in a car that was almost dead. There was no way I was driving back home 2 hours in that car. It was the best experience I've ever had in my whole life period. And I can't say enough good words about Mike Behr. He took care of all my needs. I was in the used car lot when he called me down to the new car lot. I was like no way I'm leaving in a brand new car. If he had not called me and told me about the deal on the Ford Escape I would have driven out of there in a used car. I'm so happy I'm crying writing this. I had been searching for over a month for Ford Explorer Platinum. I wanted a specific exterior color as well as a certain interior color. I used the Ford website to help find one for me. It said it was Platinum. I wanted a specific exterior color as well as a certain interior color. I used the Ford website to help find one for me. It said it was in transit to Auto Nation Ford. Finally, at the beginning of July I called to ask about its delivery. Mike was the sales that answered my call. Since the website stated in transit I couldn’t give him a stock number. No problem. He would go ask. Came back with good news. It had arrived that afternoon. Waiting to be unpacked. Set up a time to test drive on 7/4/25! I could not believe they would be open. He assured me they would be. It was an 1 1/2 drive to the dealership. Sure enough they were there. Mike met me in the parking lot. We talked. He explained the car was being detailed and then we could go for a drive. Took the car out and loved it! We went back and did our negotiation. Mike did a great job! Next came Finance. These guys were great too. Mark finished my paperwork. I didn’t get to drive my new var home due to a paint touch up item. No problem, they gave me a loaner….a Ford Explorer!! For the next 13 days Mike kept in contact every couple days to update me. Again, I was completely blown away by their concern to keep me informed. I have owned many cats over the years and few dealers have been this helpful. Today, I went to return the loaner and drive my new car home. Both Mike and his manager met me. Both thanked me for being understanding. I explained keeping me informed was the difference in being okay or upset. Mike spent another hour going over all the buttons in the car and setting things up. I had the best experience with this dealership. Highly recommend them. If there service department is as good as the sales I will be completely satisfied and a lifetime Auto Nation Ford customer. Thanks Mike and team excellent customer care and customer!! More
