Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, and did not pressure me in any way; on the contrary, they wanted me to take my time and explore all options, to make me feel comfortable. Tim and Grisel were very accomodating and honest. They answered all of my questions and explained every detail. The small dent was removed from the vehicle at no charge, and the technician did a fantastic job--you cannot tell it was ever there! Sam was also an asset with the Vet Buy program, as he gave me a lot of good information and support. More
