I have only dealt with the service side of the dealership. When I had an issue the sales manager handled the problem with class. I feel like I have been taken care of and not taken advantage of. The Lyft rides home and returned back to the dealer for pick up takes one problem away from the customer. More
I went in for repair of recall items for a 2023 Ford Bronco. The great experience I had from my service advisor Todd and the Service Manager Greg Murphy, making sure that all went well ,was much apprec Bronco. I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from AutoNation in Tustin and had a very disappointing experience immediately after the sale. I worked with Brandon, and I didn’t leave with the vehicle until aft in Tustin and had a very disappointing experience immediately after the sale. I worked with Brandon, and I didn’t leave with the vehicle until after 8:00 PM the night of purchase. On the drive home, I realized the brake lights were not working, which made the vehicle unsafe and illegal to drive. I brought the car back the following day to have the brake lights repaired, and it wasn’t ready until the end of the day, when I picked it up around 8:00 PM again. That essentially used up two days of the courtesy return period right away due to an issue that should have been caught before the car was sold. Once I was able to get an independent inspection, the mechanic documented additional problems including a worn tie-rod end and a rear shock absorber leaking oil. I reported the findings promptly and provided documentation and photos. The dealership’s response was that the issues were “not safety-related” and that the car could be driven “for a long period without issue.” Instead of taking responsibility for repairs that should have been identified during the pre-sale inspection process, I was offered a reduced repair quote from $2,500 to $1,600, leaving me to cover a significant amount out of pocket. I chose to buy from a dealership rather than a private seller because I expected a higher standard of inspection and accountability. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. I strongly recommend buyers get an independent inspection immediately and ensure any issues are addressed in writing right away. More
This dealer was prompt, upfront about service, responded to my concerns and made my experience much better than my previous experience elsewhere to my concerns and made my experience much better than my previous experience elsewhere More
I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Ford Tustin, and it’s entirely because of Gill. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, a 2026 Ford Mustang GT, and Gill did everything he could to make the deal work. He was patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on accommodating my needs throughout the process. Gill went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and he made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re shopping at AutoNation Ford Tustin, I highly recommend asking for Gill. He made a huge difference in my experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. More
Excellent service in the beginning. ...until they couldn't figure out the issue....then no reply nor any follow-up. I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT due to engine light was on. I was advi ...until they couldn't figure out the issue....then no reply nor any follow-up. I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT due to engine light was on. I was advised to get the fuel tank replaced for $2,200. OK, all done and paid. Recommended a long drive to get all monitors reset for smog check. After over 1,000 miles of mix drive cycle, fuel system monitor still incomplete, which means that the vehicle is not ready for smog check. Asked the dealer a couple of times for advice and still have not heard back. I expect dealer to be able to fix its own brand...if not, at least a phone call or follow-up would be nice. At this point, I would have to try different shop to get this issue resolved. Very disappointed in Tustin Ford for not even a courtesy call back. More

Paloma is the assosiate that helped us and she has been very professional with us and really helped us with the process . And the manager peter i think is his name has also been very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue with our car we bought but he took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely consider working with autonation and paloma in the future More
