My truck had an oil leak and was under warranty. The dealer fixed the leak, but did not replace the oil damaged skid plate. I was unaware of this until I went to get an oil change. I brought my truck back to the dealer this week for a recall and asked them to fix the oil damaged skid plate that was just zip tied onto the truck. They told me that it would cold me over $400. Not the type of service I would recommend. More

And the people at the service desk, they're the best. I feel more like a client than a customer when I hear from Danielle, my service representative. With every visit, Danielle has made sure the job was done right and with the least inconvenience to me. More

Scheduling was easy since I did it online. I even had to reschedule my appointment, and I was able to complete everything on their website easily. Dustin accommodated me right away and clearly explained what to expect. He asked if I want to avail extra recommended services that day, but he didn't make me feel pressured to get them unlike other places where I was felt forced to do so. The mechanic who guided me to the garage was very patient, and the cashier was a lovely lady who made checkout pleasant. The total cost for the "the works" package was 97.74 USD (including tax) and I only had to stay 1 hour. Their waiting area was comfortable, with a big TV and Wi-Fi to keep customers entertained. Overall, I had a positive experience at the AutoNation Ford Westlake and I will definitely return for future car work. More
