Really wish I would have bought my car at this dealership and WILL buy my next vehicle from AutoNation Honda of Columbus! I brought a 2019 Civic into the service dept for warranty work on the CV Axle and T and WILL buy my next vehicle from AutoNation Honda of Columbus! I brought a 2019 Civic into the service dept for warranty work on the CV Axle and Trevor Caudle wasted absolutely NO time. He got the warranty information I requested, had the shop take a look at everything, ordered the parts I needed, and had the repairs scheduled when I would be in town! All this in 30 minutes or less. Excellent customer service! Very Prompt, Diligent, and thorough which are qualities that are impossible to find these days. Almost as hard as finding someone that wants to work and theres a-lot to be said about a person that shows up and takes pride in their work. I will definitely be using this dealership for all future purchases, routine maintenance, and warranty work or repairs all because of this one person doing an exceptional job, efficiently. More
