AutoNation Honda Covington Pike - Service Center

I had service done on my Honda HRV I had a defective part in my transmission so I needed a whole new transmission. I love the fact that they were able to get the work done underneath the warranty so I didn't in my transmission so I needed a whole new transmission. I love the fact that they were able to get the work done underneath the warranty so I didn't have to come out of my pocket with any money but I went three weeks without a vehicle before they finally got me a rental car from Enterprise. I had to keep calling in asking for a rental car and because of being so long without a car I lost my job I got behind in my bills it was a very emotional time for me. They do good work I just strongly suggest if you know that you're going to have a customer car for more than a week you should work quicker and getting them something else to drive so they wouldn't be inconvenienced or stressed like I was. More
