Until most recent visit I've been very pleased. I scheduled a routine service a week in advance and stated I would wait for the car. Changing differential fluid and oil took more than 3 hours. Afte I scheduled a routine service a week in advance and stated I would wait for the car. Changing differential fluid and oil took more than 3 hours. After 2 hours I asked what was taking so long. I suspect the paperwork ad been misfiled and it hadn't been started. I was treated as if I didn't have an appointment and was being squeezed in. Experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING! More
