Dropped off my car for oil change and lube as well as radiator flush. I made an early appointment and the worked was completed in a timely manner. The Service Agent did a quick check to make sure everyth radiator flush. I made an early appointment and the worked was completed in a timely manner. They always treat me well. And service is normally quick and great. Although my last visit they forgot to reset my service reminder back. But after some research, it was minor. And service is normally quick and great. Although my last visit they forgot to reset my service reminder back. But after some research, it was minor. I was able to reset it myself in 10 seconds. After I reached out to my service advisor, Michael sent me the info how to do it. Will continue to take my car in for necessary maintenance going forward until I can get my Acura Type S. More

Every time I come to Dulles Auto Nation Honda I am met with professional perfection. The employees always do their best to accommodate my requests and do an excellent job. Until most recent visit I've been very pleased. I scheduled a routine service a week in advance and stated I would wait for the car. Changing differential fluid and oil took more than 3 hours. Afte I scheduled a routine service a week in advance and stated I would wait for the car. Changing differential fluid and oil took more than 3 hours. After 2 hours I asked what was taking so long. I suspect the paperwork ad been misfiled and it hadn't been started. I was treated as if I didn't have an appointment and was being squeezed in. Experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING! More
