I am writing to express my growing frustration with the lack of responsiveness I have experienced when trying to contact your dealership today. I have called six times throughout the morning. Each time, the receptionist transferred me—either to the Service Department or directly to the General Manager’s extension—but unfortunately, no one has answered or returned my calls. As a customer, I expect a basic level of communication and follow-through, especially when reaching out repeatedly for assistance. The continued silence is both disappointing and concerning. I would appreciate a prompt response to this message and a clear explanation of how I can get in touch with someone who can assist me directly. I remain open to resolving this matter constructively, but I do need to feel that my time and concerns are being respected. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
