This is my original complaint: I purchased a black 2023 Honda Sport from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The vehicle was delivered without the plastic door protectors, without the second ignition key, and with a cracked windshield. I reported all of this on the day of delivery. Mr. Bilal Bashir, the salesperson, was made aware of these issues immediately, yet more than a month has passed and nothing has been resolved. I have not received the replacement windshield, the second key, or the missing door protectors. Despite multiple calls, responses are rare. When we do manage to speak with someone, we are told the parts “haven’t arrived yet,” with no clear timeline or follow-up. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I was promised updates and callbacks that never came. The service has been extremely poor, and I am now preparing to file a formal complaint.
